The Prophecy On Egypt
Isaiah 19
Isaiah chapter 19 gives the future of Egypt. The prophecy is quite straightforward as can be seen in the many English translations that agree.
1 An oracle concerning Egypt. Behold, the LORD is riding on a swift cloud and comes to Egypt; and the idols of Egypt will tremble at his presence, and the heart of the Egyptians will melt within them. 2 And I will stir up Egyptians against Egyptians, and they will fight, every man against his brother and every man against his neighbor, city against city, kingdom against kingdom; 3 and the spirit of the Egyptians within them will be emptied out, and I will confound their plans; and they will consult the idols and the sorcerers, and the mediums and the wizards; 4 and I will give over the Egyptians into the hand of a hard master; and a fierce king will rule over them, says the Lord, the LORD of hosts. 5 And the waters of the Nile will be dried up, and the river will be parched and dry; 6 and its canals will become foul, and the branches of Egypt's Nile will diminish and dry up, reeds and rushes will rot away. 7 There will be bare places by the Nile, on the brink of the Nile, and all that is sown by the Nile will dry up, be driven away, and be no more. 8 The fishermen will mourn and lament, all who cast hook in the Nile; and they will languish who spread nets upon the water. 9 The workers in combed flax will be in despair, and the weavers of white cotton. 10 Those who are the pillars of the land will be crushed, and all who work for hire will be grieved. 11 The princes of Zoan are utterly foolish; the wise counselors of Pharaoh give stupid counsel. How can you say to Pharaoh,I am a son of the wise, a son of ancient kings? 12 Where then are your wise men? Let them tell you and make known what the LORD of hosts has purposed against Egypt. 13 The princes of Zoan have become fools, and the princes of Memphis are deluded; those who are the cornerstones of her tribes have led Egypt astray. 14 The LORD has mingled within her a spirit of confusion; and they have made Egypt stagger in all her doings as a drunken man staggers in his vomit. 15 And there will be nothing for Egypt which head or tail, palm branch or reed, may do. 16 In that day the Egyptians will be like women, and tremble with fear before the hand which the LORD of hosts shakes over them. 17 And the land of Judah will become a terror to the Egyptians; every one to whom it is mentioned will fear because of the purpose which the LORD of hosts has purposed against them. 18 In that day there will be five cities in the land of Egypt which speak the language of Canaan and swear allegiance to the LORD of hosts. One of these will be called the City of the Sun. 19 In that day there will be an altar to the LORD in the midst of the land of Egypt, and a pillar to the LORD at its border. 20 It will be a sign and a witness to the LORD of hosts in the land of Egypt; when they cry to the LORD because of oppressors he will send them a savior, and will defend and deliver them. 21 And the LORD will make himself known to the Egyptians; and the Egyptians will know the LORD in that day and worship with sacrifice and burnt offering, and they will make vows to the LORD and perform them. 22 And the LORD will smite Egypt, smiting and healing, and they will return to the LORD, and he will heed their supplications and heal them. 23 In that day there will be a highway from Egypt to Assyria, and the Assyrian will come into Egypt, and the Egyptian into Assyria, and the Egyptians will worship with the Assyrians. 24 In that day Israel will be the third with Egypt and Assyria, a blessing in the midst of the earth, 25 whom the LORD of hosts has blessed, saying,Blessed be Egypt my people, and Assyria the work of my hands, and Israel my heritage.(Isaiah 19)1

Prophetic Points Of Interest
The idols of Egypt will tremble before God (verse 1). There is a deeper lesson here besides the shaking of the earth, buildings and temples at the power of the one true God. God said He would pass judgment on all the gods of Egypt (Exodus 12:12). This was in 1496 BC when the Exodus occurred. What real gods were in Egypt were destroyed at that time, and all that remained were idols. This can be seen in Jeremiah 43:12-13. Only the (empty) houses of the gods of Egypt are mentioned. When Isaiah's prophecy comes true in the near future, even these idols will shatter.
But Egypt does not worship idols today. They are Muslim and worship Allah. Thus the Bible tells us Islam is also a false religion, an empty idol. It is not the successor to Judaism or Christianity.
Egypt in the near future will face political chaos, with man against man, city against city, and region against region. They will consult their idols (no mention of gods), sorcerers, mediums and wizards to no avail. God destroys all their plans (verses 2-3).
They will be under a hard task master, and their own ruler will be a fierce
ruler (verse 4). These two are not the same. The word for master is אדנים, and it is plural. Egypt will be handed to many harsh masters. The modern world is filled with harsh masters: predatory landlords, inflation, price fixers, food speculators, demanding bosses, banks that deceive to later charge high interest rates, foreign powers, foreign corporations, international rules
, trade agreements, alliances, international organizations, etc. And over everything there will be a fierce
king who will not care for the people. The Hebrew word עז, translated as fierce
can also mean greedy. There would be no relief or justice under such a uncaring government. (Note: Following Western capitalism and neo-liberal
policies means leaving the people to fend for themselves with no legal recourse.)
The Nile will dry up (verse 7). Climate change/global warming tell us Isaiah's prophecy is near our time. Other major rivers around the world are already drying up. The Tigris River dropped to 35% of normal on September 26, 2022, and the Euphrates temporarily dried up on May 16, 2014. It terminated at the Turkish-Syrian border.
Transportation, fishing and agriculture will all suffer (verses 8-15). This leads to severe economic collapse with the wealthy and middle class diving into poverty. No government official will be able to plan anything. None of them understand God's plan. The Egyptian people will despair.
They will tremble beneath the hand that God shakes over them (verse 16). They will fear the land of Judah. Isaiah does not say they will fear Judah or Israel. Fearing the land of Judah may not be the same as fearing Judah. The hand is most likely Jesus' representative, the one bearing the title King of Kings and Lord of Lords.

Five cities speak the language of Canaan and swear by The LORD (meaning יהוה). One will be Heliopolis (verse 18). A part of this prophecy has already been fulfilled. Isaiah did not know the languages spoken in the future. He could only give the name of the region where this language would be. As he also did not know the name of the land in the future, he could only give the name he knew, Canaan. Today the language of Palestine (Canaan) is a dialect of Arabic, and all Egypt also speaks a dialect of Arabic. Thus more than five cities already speak the language of Canaan.
God will punish them until they recognize Him as the only savior from their oppressors. They will then build an altar to God in their land, and a pillar at the border with Israel (verses 20-22). This again proves Islam is not the successor of Christianity or Judaism. Islam is equated with the idols and false gods of ancient Egypt.
Egyptian and Assyrian will worship God together in both their lands. Israel will be the third nation along with them. God will call Egypt His people.
Assyria will be God’s work.
And Israel will be God’s heritage.

There don't seem to be very many more of the obvious (or common) numeric features in Isaiah 19, but the pattern from Revelation 1:8 is still discernible. Isaiah 19 is not about God. The prophecy is about Egypt, and peripherally about Assyria (modern day Iraq) and Israel.4 It should not be expected to match or come close to The Proclamation. However, there are additional features when chapter 19 is considered with Isaiah 18. As mentioned before, the two chapters go together, contrasting a nation far away responding to God, and a nation close to Israel, but stubbornly closing its eyes.
Two Prophecies Together
Aside from the placement of the two chapters next to each other in the Bible, the contrast, and timing near the end of our current age what else shows these two verses go together?
According to Bibleworks, Isaiah 18:1 is the 17999th verse of the Bible, and Isaiah 19:25 is the 18030th verse. Thus the very first and very last verse positions of the combined passage in the Bible comes to 17999 + 18030 = 36029 (7 x 5147).
The positions of these 32 verses in the Bible can be added together.

The numeric total (chapter 18 + 19): 80668 + 27426 = 108094 (2 x 72 x 1103). This produces an extra factor of seven.
AFrom the descriptions of the Holy of Holies, and the New Jerusalem, it would appear both are cubes (2 Chronicles 3:8, Revelation 12:16). Isaiah 18 has 124 words. This is one word short of 125, which is a cubic number (5 x 5 x 5). Consider all of Isaiah 19 as a single word: 80668. Include this with the 124 words of Isaiah 18 so there would be 125 numbers to place in a cube.

D.4Previous features looked at the first and last letters of each word. This can be turned around to look at the words themselves. Words are categorized/grouped by their first and last letters. A word could begin with an odd valued letter, or an even valued letter. A word could also end with an odd valued letter, or end with an even valued letter. This produces four categories.

Curiously, the four individual categories have no feature. But the categories with similarities can be paired. Conclusion

God has told us what is to be, and He has impressed His signature in the Hebrew text.
