Jesus' Ministry
John the Baptist sent his disciples to ask Jesus, Are you he who is to come, or shall we look for another?
(Matthew 11:3)
And Jesus answered them,Go and tell John what you hear and see: the blind receive their sight and the lame walk, lepers are cleansed and the deaf hear, and the dead are raised up, and the poor have good news preached to them. And blessed is he who takes no offense at me.(Matthew 11:4-6)1
Back then, Jesus' ministry was authenticated by a multitude of miracles. What authenticates the record in Matthew today? The numeric features in Matthew's text does so today.

Only the first word and the last two words of verse 6 have to be dropped from the segment.
Removing these two words widens the range of the offense.
Many liked Jesus' ministry of miracles, and had no problems accepting Jesus himself. However, sometimes there were aspects of Jesus' teaching they did not like or understand (John 6:52). The blessing is for those who find nothing wrong with Jesus' teachings and accept all of them.
N.B. Those who did not or could not accept Jesus have waited 2,000 years and are still waiting.
