The Greatest Commandment
The numeric study of The Proclamation (in Hebrew) and the declaration in Revelation 1:8 led naturally to the first two commandments. The first two commandments exist because God exists as described in those two passages. Since The Proclamation in Chinese also has numeric features, should not the first two commandments in Chinese also have features? Unfortunately, they don't.1 However, this leads us to look elsewhere.
(Matthew 22:37 馬太 福音)
When asked which was the greatest commandment,
Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. (Matthew 22:37 KJV)
Jesus zeroed in on the very crux of the entire law. Loving God fulfills the law, and everything else flows from it. This one statement sums up the first two commandments in a much better way.
Rather than try adjusting the Chinese translations of the first two commandments, it would seem better to focus the study here.
Three Chinese translations of this key verse are given below.
耶穌 對他說、你要盡心、盡性、盡意、愛主你的 神。(Chinese Union Version)
他回答:“你要全心、全性、全意愛主你的 神。(Chinese New Version)
他回答:“你要全心、全意、全智愛主你的 神。(Worldwide Version)
Only the CNV is divisible by 7, and it is only divisible by 7 if the space 神 is included with a numeric value. But 神 is a poor character to denote the one supreme God. One simple change to the CUV, two changes to the CNV, and one change to the WWV are all it takes to make them divisible by 7.
In each version, 主 (master/lord) is replaced by 上帝. In the CNV, 主 is re-inserted just before the last word 神.

1.1.1The Hebrew divine name is run 7 times through the verse.

Total: 86411 = 13 x 17 x 17 x 23. SF: 70 = 2 x 5 x 7. SF: 14 = 2 x 7. Once again the 13 points us to God. The difference in factors between this feature and the previous feature assure us we aren't counting the same words over and over.
1.2Five characters are divisible by 7:
Position: 6 13 16 17 18 Value: 770 4879 1939 770 1659
The feature is in the positions of these characters. The sum of the positions: 70 = 2 x 5 x 7. SF: 14 = 2 x 7.
1.3The middle 9 characters (6 to 14): 31772 = 2 x 2 x 13 x 13 x 47. SF: 77 = 7 x 11.
The middle 5 characters (8 to 12): 18889 = 13 x 1453.
Why just the middle 9 and middle 5? 9 + 5 = 14 (2 x 7).
1.4The section highlighted in green is the specific command, exactly 14 (2 x 7) characters: 你要盡心盡性盡意愛上帝你的神. The total of this phrase is 39088 (2 x 2 x 2 x 2 x 7 x 349. SF: 364 = 2 x 2 x 7 x 13).
1.4.1The Hebrew divine name is run 7 times.

Total: 78176 = 2 x 2 x 2 x 2 x 2 x 7 x 349.
1.4.2The fourteen characters of the command by itself leads one to think of 7 as a factor for counting through it.
1.4.2.1Starting with the first word, take every 7th after:
1 8 770 4879
Total: 5649 = 3 x 7 x 269.
1.4.2.2Begin with the 7th word and take every 7th after:
7 14 5770 2924
Total: 8694 = 2 x 3 x 3 x 3 x 7 x 23.
But it's not just the characters that produce a feature. The ChangJie for the words of the command work too. (Click for an explanation of numbers derived from the Changjie.)

1.5.1The last symbol value of each character: 2786 = 2 x 7 x 199.
Why does the total for the last symbol of each character work, but not the first? It's the end result that matters most. The numbers seem to say the command must be lived all the way to the end of our lives. The start is not as important as the finish.
1.5.2Like the characters where they came from, the Hebrew divine name points out groups of ChangJie symbols.

1.5.4.2The first six, and last six add up to 4004 = 2 x 2 x 7 x 11 x 13.
1.5.4.3Why do groups from 1 to 5 and 1 to 6 work, but not others? Perhaps because 1 + 5 + 1 + 6 = 13.
1.5.5.1Only two words are prime numbers. the second with a ChangJie of 97 and the thirteenth with a ChangJie of 379. 97 + 379 = 476 (2 x 2 x 7 x 17. SF: 28 = 2 x 2 x 7).
1.5.5.2This means the ChangJie totals for the remaining words is also divisible by 7.

Christians use the term 主神 to refer to God’s name. But the term 主神 in Chinese is literally lord god
which was a translation of the Greek κυριος ο θεος (Kyrios hos Theos) of the New Testament. κυριος ο θεος was borrowed from the Septuagint. Jewish people translated יְהוָ֥ה אֱלֹהִ֖ים (Yhwh Elohim) into κυριος ο θεος.
But the Chinese already have their own title for the one supreme God, 上帝, to stand in for יְהוָ֥ה (Yhwh). So in this case, 主神 refers to lord god as in אֲדֹנָ֤י אֱלֹהִ֖ים (Adonai Elohim, lord god) and not to the personal name God gave Israel. [N.B. These Hebrew words אֲדֹנָ֤י אֱלֹהִ֖ים are never seen next to each other in the Old Testament. The term does not exist in the original language.] By using 主神 after 上帝, the verse becomes You must, with your whole heart, whole nature, whole will, love ShangTi (יְהוָ֥ה) as your Lord (主) and God (神).

In answering the Pharisee, Jesus was quoting Deuteronomy 6:5. The Chinese version of Deuteronomy 6:5 is just a little different and is the command by itself.
Deuteronomy 6:5 申命記
你要盡心、盡性、盡力、愛耶和華你的 神 CUV
你要全心、全性、全力愛耶和華你的 神 CNV
你要盡心、盡性、盡力、愛耶和華你的上帝 Kuoyu Bible "Shangti" Edition 1033, China Bible House, HK 1953
Translators used 主 (lord/master) in the New Testament, but used 耶和華 (Yeh Woh Wah) in the Old Testament. The other difference is the use of the word 力 in Deuteronomy to match the Hebrew for strength, while in Matthew the word is 意 (will/intent).
To be fair, the CUV's Deuteronomy 6:5 (with 耶和華, and 力) is divisible by 7 without any changes. The total of the phrase is 40369 = 7 x 73 x 79. The odd positioned characters: 27951 = 3 x 7 x 11 x 11 x 11. The even positioned characters: 12418 = 2 x 7 x 887. This balance is reminiscent of Revelation 1:8. Unfortunately, 耶和華 doesn't work where it really counts, The Proclamation, or in Genesis 1:1. And 耶和華 doesn't work in Deuteronomy 6:5 CNV, but 上帝 does.
The Kuoyu Bible uses 耶和華 and 上帝, but it is not divisible by 7. 耶和華 is a transliteration, not following the tradition set by the Septuagint and the New Testament writers in producing a title for the Hebrew name for God. 上帝 was a Chinese title that should have been used instead of 耶和華. Here we see both together, and the verse still doesn't produce numeric features.

(In my opinion, the CNV translation is better in all these cases. The use of 盡 (to the limit, to exhaust) in the CUV doesn't quite give the full sense of the Hebrew. Some people might have a different idea of what the limit is. The CNV's use of 全 (all, whole) leaves no doubt or wiggle room as to what is really required.)

Experiment On The Greatest Commandment
The changes to the translations above were kept to a minimum in respect to history and tradition. What would happen if we decided to make more than one change? Could there be a better translation? Or could there be a translation with many more features?
Chinese numerics were not possible before computers, and computers expand the possibilities. The following experiment will look at the possibilities.

The number of combinations is the product of all the numbers in row F: 48384. The odds would suggest only three of the combinations having five features divisible by 7, and a one in 834 chance of one combination having nine features. (While 1:834 is unlikely, it is not impossible. People do win the lottery with worse odds.)
The first point to note is that 135 had five features, much more than the odds would suggest. Second, although there were three possible Chinese terms for God
in column 12, 52 of the 135 had the proper Chinese term 上帝. This is 38.5% of the results, a little more than the expected 33.3%. And the finally, only one had nine features. This result also had the term 上帝.
The numbers seem to confirm that 上帝 is the term to be used in Chinese.

The computer searched only for features up to this point. Everything else below is from the arrangement of the phrase itself, and not from the computer search.
5.Several words are related by their distance from the beginning and from the end of the passage.
5.1The fourth word is divisible by 7, as is the seventeenth word (fourth word from the end). The fifth word and the fifth from the end (i.e. 16th) are also divisible by 7. The relationship is that 4 + 17 + 5 + 16 = 42.
5.2Add all the words from the fourth to the seventeenth:
4459 770 2351 5770 160 447 8711 5770 3643 4221 4883 24 1939 770
Total: 43918 = 2 x 7 x 3137. SF: 3146 = 2 x 11 x 11 x 13.
5.3Add all the words from the fifth to the sixteenth:
770 2351 5770 160 447 8711 5770 3643 4221 4883 24 1939
Total: 38689 = 7 x 5527.
5.4Relax the requirements by having the pair divisible by seven together, but not necessarily individually divisible by 7. This adds one extra pair to the two seen previously: the first character, and the last character. Naturally, from beginning to end everything was already divisible by 7. The pair on their own: 2569 = 7 x 367. The relationship does not change: 1 + 20 + 4 + 17 + 5 + 16 = 63.
5.5The 8th character from the beginning and 8th from the end (13th from the beginning) are together divisible by 13: 4381 = 13 x 337. SF: 350 = 2 x 5 x 5 x 7. And of course 8 + 13 = 21.
6.Only two sets of groups equidistant from the beginning and end are divisible by 13. The first group is from the first word to the fourth (beginning and end), and the second group is from the third word to the fifth. The relationship is that 1 + 4 + 3 + 5 = 13. The first set has a total of 17108 = 2 x 2 x 7 x 13 x 47. The second set is 10140 = 2 x 2 x 3 x 5 x 13 x 13.
7.1Six words are divisible by 7. Their sum together produces an extra 7:
4459 770 4221 1939 770 1659
Total: 13818 = 2 x 3 x 7 x 7 x 47.
7.2Only one word (the fourth) is divisible by 13, and it is also divisible by 7 three times: 4459 = 7 x 7 x 7 x 13.
7.3The middle 18 (2 to 19): 53228 = 2 x 2 x 7 x 1901.
7.4The middle 14 (4 to 17): 43918 = 2 x 7 x 3137. SF: 3146 = 2 x 11 x 11 x 13.
7.5The middle 12 (5 to 16): 38689 = 7 x 5527.
7.6The middle 10 (6 to 15): 35980 = 2 x 2 x 5 x 7 x 257. SF: 273 = 3 x 7 x 13.
7.7The middle 4 (9 to 12): 18571 = 7 x 7 x 379.
7.8The relationship between these groups: 2 + 4 + 5 + 6 + 9 + 19 + 17 + 16 + 15 + 12 = 105 (3 x 5 x 7).
7.9The middle 8 (7 to 14): 33605 = 5 x 11 x 13 x 47. This middle section begins and ends in positions that are multiples of 7.
Conclusion
Once again 上帝, the proper title for God in Chinese produces numeric features in a key verse, and the use of 神 is eliminated. The interesting part is that it works so well in different translation versions, and in a computer generated version. The paired features are all reminiscent of Revelation 1:8. Can this still be some gigantic coincidence? It seems less and less likely.
Numbers cannot show you how to love your neighbour. Reading the Bible will.
Notes
- In my opinion, not only should the translations of the first two commandments into Chinese have used 上帝, but they could have been better. But changing one word/term like 上帝 is one thing, while changing several words just seems like trying to manufacture number features. The more one tries, the more likely it would be to succeed. Since the current translation is tolerable, it would be best to leave it as is. The numeric features are supposed to be found in Jesus' quote, and not in the commandments from Moses. Jesus sums up everything extremely well.
