Bible Numbers 2.0

We Lied. We Cheated. We Stole.

When I was a cadet, what's the cadet motto at West Point? You will not lie, cheat or steal, or tolerate those who do. I was the CIA director. We lied, we cheated, we stole. We had entire training courses. It reminds you of the glory of the American experiment."
(Mike Pompeo, former CIA director, and Secretary of State during the Trump Administration)

Here is the fruit of the great American experiment.

Quite a number of websites can confirm the validity of this quote, though they disagree on the exact wording. Watching the web video explains why exact wording is difficult and open to minor interpretation.

Fine speech is not becoming to a fool; still less is false speech to a prince. (Proverbs 17:71)

Pompeo goes beyond the proverb, breaking at least two of the ten commandments, and by boasting about lying, cheating and stealing.

Other web sites give slight variations of the text.

"We lied. We cheated. We stole. That's it was like we had entire training
courses."

"We lied. We cheated. We stole. It's- it was like we had entire training
courses."

"We lied. We cheated. We stole. It was like we had entire training
courses."

"We lied. We cheated. We stole. We had entire training courses."

"We lied, we cheated, we stole. It's like we had entire training
courses."

telesurenglish.net placed Pompeo's speech in a Latin American context. Pompeo's speech was just 3 days after April 12 when declassified documents were released on the 1970s Operation Condor. During Operation Condor, the CIA trained and helped South American dictators torture and kill thousands of dissidents. 60,000 died. Half of those killed were in Argentina. 30,000 vanished. 400,000 were imprisoned.

A fact checking site, snopes.com, tried to excuse Pompeo's words by adding more context from the speech itself. Pompeo was describing foreign relations to the audience at Texas A&M University on April 15, 2019. The claim was that other nations were not developed like the US, or were corrupt, and had to be handled differently. This was just another egocentric justification for lying, cheating and stealing. American exceptionalism is just another term for American racism.

Below is a similar take on the same quote, but from the article, The Supreme Court Uses Twisted Logic to Protect US Agents Committing Torture, by James Bovard, from globalresearch.ca

In this quote It's like is present tense, meaning had entire training courses is a comparison that can still be made right now. The other quote versions are past tense, it was like meaning it is possible had entire training courses comparisons can no longer be made. The curious coincidence is that only the present tense version has numeric features.

Why is the present tense variation the only one with numeric features? Perhaps it is because the numbers want to tell us the lying, cheating and stealing is on going right now.

d) Letter count/position.
e) Letter place valued.
f) Letter numeric value.
g) Text.

For the conversion to numbers, see English Conversion.

1.1Place value total: 386 = 2 x 193. SF: 195 = 3 x 5 x 13. SF: 21 = 3 x 7. (This is the only coincidence with the place values. Everything below is from the numeric values.)

1.2Numeric total: 1430 = 2 x 5 x 11 x 13.

2.1The middle 3 words together are divisible by 7.

2.2The middle 11 words together are divisible by 7.

2.3Why are the middle 3 and middle 11 words divisible by 7? Because 3 + 11 = 14 (2 x 7).

3.1The first letter of each word:

Position: 1 2 4 5 10 11 14 16 18 19 22 25 31
Value: 100 10 100 3 100 70 80 10 100 7 30 80 3

Position total: 178 = 2 x 89. SF: 91 = 7 x 13.

Numeric total: 693 = 32 x 7 x 11.

3.2The last letter of each word:

Position: 1 3 4 9 10 13 15 17 18 21 24 30 34
Value: 100 4 100 4 100 10 70 9 100 4 60 6 70

Position total: 199 (nf).

Numeric total: 637 = 72 x 13.

3.3First and last positions together: 377 = 13 x 29. SF: 42 = 2 x 3 x 7.

3.4First and last values together: 1330 = 2 x 5 x 7 x 19.

4.1Odd positioned words:

100 100 100 150 100 170 203

Total: 923 = 13 x 71.

4.2Even positioned words:

14 95 160 19 12 207

Total: 507 = 3 x 132.

5.1Odd positioned letters:

100 4 3 1 4 70 10 70 9 7 4 80 80 1 30 3 70

Total: 546 = 2 x 3 x 7 x 13.

5.2Even positioned letters:

10 100 7 80 100 80 80 10 100 1 30 60 60 30 6 60 70

Total: 884 = 22 x 13 x 17.

6.Similar to coincidence 2, the middle 4, 16, and 32 letters are all divisible by 7. Why are these middle letters divisible by seven? Perhaps: 4 + 16 + 32 = 52 (22 x 13).

7.There are exactly 21 (3 x 7) vowels in the text with no value.

The timing of Pompeo's talk at Texas A&M University was fortuitously coincidental. The date at the top of the Declaration of Independence was July 4, 1776. Pompeo's speech was April 15, 2019. There are 88673 days between these two dates (88673 = 13 x 19 x 359).

Since 88673 is a multiple of 13, and the passage from Pompeo only has 13 words, this means as a word position, 88673 would point to the last word of the passage. If 88673 was used as a letter position in the passage, it would point to the very first letter. This coincidence of first and last when applied to the words and letters shows the link between the Declaration of Independence, and Pompeo's words.

Coincidentally, the last word of the passage has a value of 203 (7 x 29). The first letter of the passage is also the first word of the passage, with a value of 100. This is not divisible by 7 or 13, but the first and last words of the passage together come to 303. And 303 is a number that visually shows a type of first and last.

If multiples of 88673 were used to count through the letters of Pompeo's words, the end result would be counting letter by letter. Thirty-four multiples would cover the entire passage without missing or duplicating any letter. If multiples of 88673 were used to count through the words, the result would always be the same (i.e. the last word of the passage). This demonstrates the principle of complementary opposites in Revelation 1:8. In this case, the opposites are not first and last, or odd and even, but of being stationary or in motion.

Why do the letters give the sense of motion, while the words give the sense of standing still? Because Pompeo's words are about lying, cheating and stealing. When one looks at the small details (the letters), there appears to be progress. But when one looks at the whole picture (the words), nothing has really been accomplished. It was an illusion. A lie.

Conclusion

The numbers indicate this version of the quote is a true statement attesting to the current reality of America. The US promotes lying, cheating and stealing. It has education, and training courses for such subjects. It is considered a normal way of life.

Unlike the second paragraph of the Declaration of Independence, this statement from Mike Pompeo appears to have more consistency in paired numeric coincidences. This would seem to mean this statement describes America much more accurately than the Declaration of Independence. And since it is the end, or near end state of the nation, it is much more important.

Why do the nations conspire, and the peoples plot in vain?
The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel
together, against the LORD and his anointed, saying,
Let us burst their bonds asunder, and cast their cords from us.
He who sits in the heavens laughs; the LORD has them in derision. (Psalm 2:1-4)

This should be all the evidence necessary to show governments are not to be trusted. This includes associated media and allied institutions. The harder the government, media and institutions push a story (pandemics, Russian menace, Chinese threat), the more it has to be examined carefully.

Therefore thus says the Lord GOD, "Behold, I am laying in Zion for a foundation a stone, a tested stone, a precious cornerstone, of a sure foundation: 'He who believes will not be in haste.' And I will make justice the line, and righteousness the plummet; and hail will sweep away the refuge of lies, and waters will overwhelm the shelter." (Isaiah 28:16-17)

Do not be hasty in making decisions. Do not allow your emotions to be manipulated. Everything should be measured against God’s standards of righteousness and justice. God will sweep away the lies. And the more lies there are, the greater the plague of hail (Revelation 16:21).

And as for the two kings, their minds shall be bent on mischief; they shall speak lies at the same table, but to no avail; for the end is yet to be at the time appointed. (Daniel 11:27)

Reminder: Pompeo's statement is not from the Bible. There are no spiritual lessons here. The only reason it is included is to assure you God continues working even when people actively strive against Him.
