The Proclamation & The Bible
In this section, The Proclamation is related to the rest of the Bible. There is a relationship to the Old Testament, and a relationship to both testaments. As one might expect, the relationship to both testaments (the Bible as a whole) has more features.
Jesus said,
But even the hairs of your head are all numbered. (Matthew 10:301)
If the hairs of your head are numbered, then even the words and letters in the Bible are numbered. And God knows every last one of them. This section gives the barest glimpse into God’s omniscience.
The Proclamation in Exodus 34:6-7 has 119 letters. A computer can go through the Hebrew letters of the Old Testament from beginning to end, searching for the first letter of The Proclamation. Once that letter is found, it searches for the second letter of The Proclamation starting from that point. This process is continued until all 119 letters are found. The entire sequence repeats until the end of the Old Testament.
Revised Edition
My most sincere apologies to all those who have seen a previous version of this page. Due to the nature of this technique a single letter is capable of changing everything. This page has now been corrected and revised. Some features were lost. Some features changed, but in the end it was for the best. The end result was a page more focused in applying the principles of Revelation 1:8. Fortunately, it did not affect any of the other discoveries presented on this site, because those discoveries did not use this technique.
How did this happen?
The Hebrew text on which this page was based came from the data in Bibleworks 3.0. That data included verses where the ending of some verses had a single letter added by scribes to denote the end of a literary passage. (See Charles A. Sullivan's page for a brief history of the chapter and verse divisions in the Bible.) It was usually the letter Samek ס or the letter Peh פ.

These additions, which were not words, were removed by the computer. Unfortunately, there were instances at the end of verses where there were two single characters appended. The computer removed one of the single letters, but retained the second. This threw off the letter and word count.
A search of the Bibleworks data revealed other scribal insertions within verses and not just at the end of verses. This search also brought to light database errors in Jeremiah 20:17 and Zechariah 5:11 where the letter ה was separated from its own word and stood alone.
All these have now been adjusted in the computer.
There remains one mystery in Deuteronomy 32:6. The verse begins with the letter ה all on its own. It is not a word by itself. Some have suggested it was supposed to be the word ℵה behold
or lo
and this would fit the meaning of the verse. Not knowing what else to do with this letter, it has been left as is on its own as the only single letter word in the entire Old Testament.
The Old Testament Hebrew Letters
1.1In total, 364 complete sets of The Proclamation can be found in the Old Testament. (364 = 2 x 2 x 7 x 13.) The 365th set is not counted because it is incomplete and covers only the first 61 letters of The Proclamation.
Note: Not one of these sets coincides with the actual proclamation in Exodus 34:6-7, because they are dependent on the letters before them. One might consider the actual proclamation in Exodus 34:6-7 to be the 365th complete set, in which case there is one for every day of the year.

The Complete Sets Of The Proclamation
1.Since column J sums up all the positions of the letters and is divisible by seven, this is where the principles developed from Revelation 1:8 and in the rest of this site are first applied. How many are divisible by 7 or 13? Are totals multiples of 7 or 13? How many are prime numbers or not prime numbers? How many are odd or even?
1.1Fifty-five sets in column J are divisible by 7. The total of the end positions of these sets (column E): 33175636 = 22 x 13 x 17 x 37529. The total of the last letter of each word in these sets (column G): 925634450 = 2 x 52 x 13 x 41 x 47 x 739.
1.2Five sets in column J are divisible by seven at least twice (49). When they are added together, there is an extra seven: 382807208 = 23 x 73 x 61 x 2287.
1.3Second Kings 4:4 to 2 Kings 5:12 is the only set divisible by 7 three times: 64180788 = 22 x 3 x 73 x 31 x 503. It is the 154th set (154 = 2 x 7 x 11).

2.1Since The Proclamation is from God, the letters from God’s Hebrew name יהוה (10-5-6-5) can also be applied. The 10th, 5th, 6th and 5th sets in column J: 11855011 = 72 x 241939.
2.2This also points to the 26th set. The last letter of each word of the set (column G): 2708685 = 32 x 5 x 7 x 8599. SF: 8617 = 7 x 1231. The total of the letter positions in the set (column J): 11119395 = 3 x 5 x 7 x 105899.

Including The New Testament
The Proclamation is interwoven throughout the text of the Old Testament. Including the totals from the incomplete last set (Malachi 2:7-3:24) produces more numeric features than leaving it out. This last set has the first 61 letters of The Proclamation. The only way to complete it, is to extend the search into the New Testament. (Malachi 2:7 acts as a bridge into the New Testament with Matthew.)
The New Testament is in Greek, and the letters do not match with the Hebrew alphabet. Nevertheless, the values for the Greek letters can stand in as substitutes for the Hebrew letter values of The Proclamation even if they are not similar like ℵ and Α.
When the computer continues the search for the 62nd letter of The Proclamation in the New Testament all the way to Revelation, forty-one complete sets can be found. The very first complete set is from Malachi 2:7 to Matthew 4:23.

6.2The New Testament adds forty-one more sets for a total of 405. 405 is not divisible by seven or thirteen, but since it was derived from letters scattered throughout the Bible (and not words), it is the entire 405 sets that has to be considered, not just the number 405. Its uniqueness appears when the first and last sets are considered: 1 + 405 = 406 (2 x 7 x 29). Any Nth pair (first and last) is divisible by 7: 2 + 404, 3 + 403, 4 + 402 etc. And the middle set is the 203rd set: 203 = 7 x 29. (Is this some sort of coincidence, or did God arrange everything this way?)

7.2Column J contains the totals of each set's positions of the letters of The Proclamation with respect to the beginning of the Bible. As such it can be considered more representative of each set than the other columns of information. This leads to looking at column J more closely.
7.2.1A skeptic, or mathematician would say this is all coincidence and nothing more than the odds. When one uses one column as a filter
for selecting sets, there are seven columns of data to draw from for results. That's seven chances! In other words, more often than not something would be found.
The results, as they point out, appear random and without reason.
But what if there was a reason or higher pattern our feeble intellect just can't grasp? Below is an example.
To the average person, the following selection of sets for column J would appear to be without reason.

After some thought, a mathematician would probably recognize the pattern. The set numbers (1, 9, 73, 81, 325, 333, 397 and 405) are the eight corners of a block with the dimensions 9 x 9 x 5 (nine columns, nine rows, and five layers). The corners, or vertices define the block itself. If the 405 numbers from column J were loaded into such a three dimensional object, these numbers would be in the eight corners.
Is this coincidence?
The sum of the factors of 750418851 total 968. (2 x 2 x 2 x 11 x 11. SF: 28 = 2 x 2 x 7. SF: 11.) Is it coincidence that the number visually representing the one same God beginning and end shows up in the factors three times?

The first block was 9 x 9 x 5. It is a stack of five perfect squares. The second block, 9 x 5 x 9 is a stack of nine rectangles. To see squares, one has to change the perspective, and that extra step would seem to mean there would be fewer features.

7.4.1The outside

If a five dimensional object cannot even be visualized, how can there be an inside or outside? This is defined by the coordinates assigned to each of the 405 numbers from column J. The coordinates count from 1 1 1 1 1 to 3 3 5 3 3.

For each of the 405 numbers, the first column is incremented by one every time, but it can only count as high as the maximum for that column (dimension). The moment the first column exceeds the maximum, the result is carried over and the next column incremented, and the first column reverts to 1. This is continued until the count for the 405th number reaches 3 3 5 3 3.
Any number with coordinates that are the minimum, or maximum of any dimension is at the edges of the dimension and therefore on the outside. Anything else is away from the edges of the dimension and therefore on the inside. (Minimum and maximum are another pair of complementary opposites following the principles of Revelation 1:8.)

There are very few features here. Perhaps the reason for this is because columns F and G represent the totals of the positions of the first and last letters of each word in each of The Proclamation sets. They do not represent the set itself like columns D, E and J.
The Proclamation's Words
8.Rather than look for the individual letters of The Proclamation one after the other in the text of the Old Testament, one could look for the exact words.
In this case, there is only one complete set, even when the New Testament is included. Nothing is found in the New Testament because Greek words are not spelt like Hebrew words.
Unlike the letters, the words begin coinciding with the actual proclamation very quickly. Only the first four words are from Genesis. The rest of the words match The Proclamation itself. Since the majority of the words are actually in Exodus 34:6-7, there is only one instance. The reason for this is because there is only one God.

The Nth Occurrence
Everything so far has been with the first occurrence of a letter from The Proclamation as one searches through the Hebrew text.1 What would happen if one decided to take the second, or third or... Nth occurrence of a letter? As seen from the results above, many sets of The Proclamation will be found when N is a small number. And when N gets larger, it soon becomes impossible to obtain a complete set of The Proclamation. In between these two points, many complete sets of The Proclamation will be found. Although some of these results might have many numeric features none of these multiple sets of The Proclamation have an orderly arrangement of complementary pairs as required by Revelation 1:8. Without Revelation 1:8, these results might all just be chance. Thus they will only be presented in brief.
When N = 7, ninety-one (7 x 13) complete sets of The Proclamation can be found ranging from Genesis 1:2 to Revelation 10:4. The total of the positions in the Bible of the letters of these complete sets of The Proclamation: 4958994950 = 2 x 52 x 7 x 13 x 67 x 16267. Like the ninety-one sets, the total is a multiple of 7 and 13. The sum of the factors goes further: 16366 = 2 x 72 x 167. There are two factors of 7.
When N = 203, only two complete sets of The Proclamation are possible. The verses range from to Genesis 2:5 to Matthew 21:8. The total of the positions: 151327358 = 2 x 7 x 13 x 127 x 6547. (There is nothing in the sum of the factors, and this time, the only relation between 203 and the total of the positions is that both are multiples of 7.)
N = 7 and N = 203 are the only values where the total of the positions are divisible by 7 and 13. Why is it only 7 and 203 produce totals divisible by 91? Perhaps because the difference between them is 196 (22 x 72) with an extra factor of 7.
But why are there only two values of N that work? With 438 values of N, the odds would suggest four or five being divisible by 91. The real reason might be because there is only one God, and one Word (Jesus), and they are the only two exalted above everything (Psalm 138:2).
The two previous cases included the entire Bible, Old Testament and New Testament. The result is different when the search is restricted to the Old Testament. There is only one result where the total of The Proclamation letter positions is divisible by 7 and 13. This happens when N = 252 (22 x 32 x 7). As the Old Testament focuses on the one God, so there is only one complete set of The Proclamation when N = 252.
The very curious part of all this is that in all three cases that worked, N is a multiple of 7.
A Special Nth Occurrence
The above exercise looked at all the resulting sets of The Proclamation found with each value of N. What if each individual set of The Proclamation was examined? Would some have the orderly numeric features of Revelation 1:8? Providentially, there is only one result because there is only one God.
Twenty-one complete sets of The Proclamation are found, before the twenty-second succeeds. It begins in the third word of Genesis 49:20, with the fourth letter, or last letter, of that word. It ends with the seventh word of Exodus 1:15, in the second or last letter of that word.
9.1Genesis 49:20 is the 1494th verse of the Bible. Exodus 1:15 is the 1548the verse of the Bible. Thus the first and last verse positions together are 3042 (2 x 3 x 3 x 13 x 13). [Counting inclusively, the number of verses covered: 1548 -1494 + 1 = 55 (5 x 11). This is not divisible by 7 or 13, but the factor of 11 points to the one God who is beginning and end.]
9.1.1In terms of letters, the first letter of the set is the 75985th letter of the Bible (5 x 7 x 13 x 167). The last letter of the set: 78638 = 2 x 7 x 41 x 137.
9.1.2The difference between the two: 2653 = 7 x 379 = 386. SF: 2 x 193. SF: 195 = 3 x 5 x 13. SF: 21 = 3 x 7. SF: 10 = 2 x 5. SF: 7.

A Special Nth Occurrence From The End Of The Bible
Numeric feature sections 9 to 13 looked at a specific occurrence of The Proclamation, the 22nd one found when N = 1. These letters of The Proclamation were discovered by searching from the beginning of the Old Testament. A similar occurrence can also be found when the search is made from the end of the Old Testament because God said He is Alpha and Omega. Once again there is only one result because there is only one God.
This is not finding a reverse of The Proclamation. Nor is it finding a negative of The Proclamation. Revelation 1:8 is of complementary opposites. The search is made from the end of the Old Testament starting with the last letter of The Proclamation and working towards the beginning of the book with the next last letter. Language only works in one direction. This is finding The Proclamation with each letter premised on a letter after it. Numeric sections 9 to 13 were letters of The Proclamation based on a letter before it. In this case, everything is based on the second occurrence of a letter from The Proclamation (N = 2).
Searching from the beginning of the Old Testament, there were 21 versions of The Proclamation before one could be found with many numeric features. Searching from the end of the Old Testament requires going through 178 versions of The Proclamation before succeeding with the 179th. Curiously, the search ends up in the book of Genesis where the first special result was discovered.

Thus with a total number of 2318 complete sets of The Proclamation, it is just in the realm of possibility that one would be found. The odds tell us what is possible. Any four numeric features divisible by seven is likely to be found in one of the 2318 results. What the odds don't tell us is which specific numeric features will show. Here we have two results, one from N = 1, and one from N = 2, sharing the exact same primary numeric features (total, first, last, odd/even positioned). And there are so many other numeric features in common. This is not coincidence. Now we have seen another way The Proclamation fits the entire Bible. This does not mean God inspired every last word and letter of the Bible. It does not mean the Bible is perfect. The letter ה standing alone at the beginning of Deuteronomy 32:6, and the missing number for Saul's reign in 1 Samuel 13:1 are proof the Bible is not perfect. What we see here is how God can bring out perfection from imperfection. (This is very reassuring for us fallible humans.) God could have done this by inspiring specific sections, or words just enough for everything to work out. The numbers show His hand in the Bible's formation over the centuries.
