The Proclamation & The Bible (Part 2)

On the previous page, the Old Testament was searched for the Nth occurrence of a letter from The Proclamation. This was also done seeking the Nth occurrence from the end of the Old Testament beginning from the end of The Proclamation. Both techniques found only one complete instance of The Proclamation, one instance each with multiple numeric features.

Both methods set a fixed value for N, and the only two values producing a complete set of The Proclamation with numeric features paralleling the original were 1 and 2.1 When N was set as 7 or 13, nothing was found. This was surprising as 7 is associated with God’s perfection, and 13 is associated with His name in Hebrew. Since both should apply to the one God, then perhaps both numbers should be used at the same time. Providentially, there is only one result, because there is only one God.

The result below comes from alternating between 13 and 7. The search begins by looking for the thirteenth occurrence of the first letter of The Proclamation in the OT. Then the search switches to the seventh occurrence of the second letter from The Proclamation. In essence, the thirteenth occurrence is applied for odd positioned letters in The Proclamation, and the seventh occurrence is applied for even positioned letters.

(N.B. No result is found if the 7th occurrence is applied first.)

This time, the one result is at the other end of the Old Testament as opposed to being near the beginning.

We begin examining this Proclamation by looking at the books where the 119 letters were found. They span nine books, from Hosea to Zephaniah.

AHosea is the 28th book of the Old Testament (English book order). Zephaniah is the 36th book. If these nine books were turned into their positions in the Bible, this would be the result for all the references:

A.3Hosea, the 28th book of the Bible, is the first book where The Proclamation letters begin. Hosea appears 20 times in the list. The last book, Zephaniah, the 36th book of the Bible, appeared 7 times. This means the total of their positions in the Bible, first and last, is also a multiple of 7: 812 = 22 x 7 x 29.

A.4The names of the nine prophets:

One interesting fact about Column I is that the digit 7 is the only digit in all those numbers that appeared a multiple of 7 times. In fact, it appeared a total of 98 times (2 x 7 x 7).

The digit 1 appeared the most in Column I, with 295 occurrences. Two digits appeared the least, 3 and 8 at 40 times. Providentially, what appeared the most, and what appeared the least produces a numeric feature: (1 x 295) + (3 x 40) + (8 x 40) = 735 (3 x 5 x 7 x 7).

1.1.1The very first and last positions found for this Proclamation (column I): 1145444 + 1177359 = 2322803 (7 x 167 x 1987).

1.1.2The difference between the first and last positions found: 1177359 − 1145444 = 31915 (5 x 13 x 491). Since 7 and 13 were both used to find this Proclamation, it seems appropriate they appear as factors with the first and last positions found.

In alternating between a search for the 13th occurrence of a letter from The Proclamation, followed by the 7th occurrence of the next letter, there was no guarantee where these letters would have been found in the Old Testament. Conclusion

This is the fourth way of finding The Proclamation in the Old Testament. Turning things around and applying The Proclamation's letter values to count and find other letters in the Old Testament produces no numeric result. The letters found are a meaningless jumble. Perhaps this is why finding The Proclamation works so well. It is one of the most unique passages in the entire Bible. It is God describing Himself.
