Bible Numbers 2.0

The Proclamation & Creation

Exodus 34:6-7 & Genesis 1:1

How do we know God, specifically יהוה (Yhwh), created the heavens and the earth? The divine name is not in the very first verse of the Bible. The Hebrew word in Genesis 1:1 is אלהים (Elohim).

בראשית ברא אלהים את השמים ואת הארץ (Genesis 1:1; highlight added)

We know God, יהוה (Yhwh), created the heavens and the earth from other verses in the Bible. But there is a unique relationship between the numbers of Genesis 1:1 and Exodus 34:6-7, just as there is a relationship between The Proclamation and Revelation 1:8. The numbers confirm it was God who created the heavens and the earth.

The total for Genesis 1:1 is 2701, and not divisible by seven, while Exodus 34:6-7 is 6174 (2 x 32 x 73). Adding Genesis 1:1 to Exodus 34:6-7 produces a text that is also not divisible by seven. Thus any numeric features has to come from the way Genesis 1:1 is combined with Exodus 34:6-7. The amazing part is how putting the verses together using the principles from Revelation 1:8 produces numeric features. This shows the two verses were meant to be put together, meaning that God is the Elohim who created everything.

First, the two verses are combined. As the book of Genesis precedes the book of Exodus, Genesis 1:1 is attached to the beginning of The Proclamation (Exodus 34:6-7):

בראשית ברא אלהים את השמים ואת הארץ
ויקרא יהוה יהוה אל רחום וחנון ארך אפים ורב חסד ואמת
נצר חסד לאלפים נשא עון ופשע וחטאה ונקה לא ינקה פקד עון אבות על בנים ועל בני בנים על שלשים ועל רבעים1
In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth. And he proclaimed, The Lord, The Lord, a God merciful and gracious, slow of anger and abounding in steadfast love and faithfulness, keeping steadfast love and faithfulness for thousands, forgiving iniquity, transgression and sin, but who will by no means clear the guilty, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children, and upon the children's children to the third and fourth generation.2

The combined verses have a total of 8875 (53 x 71), 40 words (23 x 5), and 147 letters (3 x 72). The total, and the number of words have no features. Only the number of letters is divisible by 7.4

1.1The letters of Genesis 1:1 applied directly as letter positions in Exodus 34:6-7.

a) 2 200 1 300 10 400 2 200 1 1 30 5 10 40 1 400
b) 2 81 1 62 10 43 2 81 1 1 30 5 10 40 1 43
c) 10 4 6 300 10 90 10 4 6 6 10 1 10 40 6 90

a) 5 300 40 10 40 6 1 400 5 1 200 90
b) 5 62 40 10 40 6 1 43 5 1 81 90
c) 1 300 40 10 40 10 6 90 1 6 4 30

a) Genesis letter b) Position in Exodus c) Exodus letter found
(This applies for the next two features.)

Letter total: 1141 = 7 x 163.

1.1.1Eliminate 200, 300, and 400 since these overshoot the 119 Exodus letters: 259 = 7 x 37.)

1.1.2In the above feature, some letters are repeated. Removing the repeats:

a) 2 200 1 300 10 400 30 5 40 6 90
b) 2 81 1 62 10 43 30 5 40 6 90
c) 10 4 6 300 10 90 10 1 40 10 30

Total: 511 = 7 x 73.

1.1.3And since 200, 300 and 400 overshoot Exodus 34:6-7, remove them too:

a) 2 1 10 30 5 40 6 90
b) 2 1 10 30 5 40 6 90
c) 10 6 10 10 1 40 10 30

Total: 117 = 32 x 13.

1.2.1The first and last words of Genesis and Exodus together: 913 296 317 322 = 1848 = 23 x 3 x 7 x 11.

1.2.2The 7 words of Genesis 1:1 and the first seven of Exodus 34:6-7: 913 203 86 401 395 407 296 317 26 26 31 254 120 221 = 3696 = 24 x 3 x 7 x 11. This establishes the beginning of creation.

1.2.3The 7 words of Genesis and the last seven words of Exodus: 913 203 86 401 395 407 296 106 62 102 100 680 106 322 = 4179 = 3 x 7 x 199. This sets the end of creation, or judgment.

1.2.4And of course, these two totals together: 3696 + 4179 = 7875 = 32 x 53 x 7 = 28 = 22 x 7. Together the results are as Revelation 1:8's Alpha and Omega.

1.2.5The 7 words of Genesis and the middle 7 words of Exodus: 913 203 86 401 395 407 296 191 351 126 456 29 161 31 = 4046 = 2 x 7 x 172.

1.2.6All three together: 3696 + 4179 + 4046 = 11921 = 7 x 13 x 131. This establishes Revelation 1:8's principle of is, was and is to come.

***Note: The first 7 words of Genesis 1:1 total 2701. (2701 ÷ 7 has a remainder of 6.) Six instantly reminds us that the actual work of creation took six days (Genesis 1:1-31). The possibility exists that God could have created everything in one day, or perhaps ten days, or any other number of days. He chose six days to emphasize the seventh day as a day of rest, and to emphasize the number seven.

This also means God chose six days because He knew the numeric total of Genesis 1:1 would have a remainder of 6 when divided by seven. In Exodus 34:6-7, we see the other reason why He chose to do this.

The first 7 words of Exodus 34:6-7 total 995. 995 ÷ 7 has a remainder of 1. This is why putting Genesis together with the first seven words in The Proclamation produces a total divisible by seven. The incredible part is that the middle seven words of The Proclamation, and the last seven words both have remainders of one as well.

Creation (Genesis 1:1) points out the peculiar quality of The Proclamation's first, middle and last seven words all having remainders of one. In other words, one God at the beginning, the same one God in the middle, and the exact same one God at the end. God is not a trinity.***

1.3In Genesis, God created: 203. In Exodus, God proclaimed: 317. Total: 520 = 23 x 5 x 13.

1.4In Genesis, Elohim has a value of 86. In Exodus, El has a value of 31. 86 + 31 = 117 = 3 x 3 x 13. All words referring to God in these two verses: 86 + 26 + 26 + 31 = 169 = 13 x 13. The two thirteens in the factors refer to the Hebrew divine name with a value of 26 (two 13s).

2.Following Revelation 1:8, add up the first letter of each word from the combined verses: 1352 = 23 x 132. The two factors of 13 clearly show God’s Hebrew name. (1352 is easily seen as a number divisible by 13. It's as if God does not want anyone to miss the fact that He was there at the beginning of creation.)

2.1The last letter of each word has no feature: 3093 = 3 x 1031, but the first and last letters together do: 1352 + 3093 = 4445 = 5 x 7 x 127.

It would be nice if the last letter of each word worked, but it is more appropriate that it did not. It should not be expected that text describing creation and God would equal a verse dedicated to describing God alone.

3.The previous features dealt with the two verses as separate verses. Now put the two together. There are 40 words in total. The first half of the words (4966 = 2 x 13 x 191) shows God’s hand. The last half has no feature. Once again this emphasizes God at the beginning.

3.1Instead of breaking the text into two equal sections of words, group the letters into 21 groups of seven each.

1) 2 200 1 300 10 400 2 8) 50 6 50 1 200 20 1 15) 100 5 30 1 10 50 100
2) 200 1 1 30 5 10 40 9) 80 10 40 6 200 2 8 16) 5 80 100 4 70 6 50
3) 1 400 5 300 40 10 40 10) 60 4 6 1 40 400 50 17) 1 2 6 400 70 30 2
4) 6 1 400 5 1 200 90 11) 90 200 8 60 4 30 1 18) 50 10 40 6 70 30 2
5) 6 10 100 200 1 10 5 12) 30 80 10 40 50 300 1 19) 50 10 2 50 10 40 70
6) 6 5 10 5 6 5 1 13) 70 6 50 6 80 300 70 20) 30 300 30 300 10 40 6
7) 30 200 8 6 40 6 8 14) 6 8 9 1 5 6 50 21) 70 30 200 2 70 10 40

Follow Revelation 1:8's suggestion of is, was and is to come by taking every second group:

2) 200 1 1 30 5 10 40
4) 6 1 400 5 1 200 90
6) 6 5 10 5 6 5 1
8) 50 6 50 1 200 20 1
10) 60 4 6 1 40 400 50
12) 30 80 10 40 50 300 1
14) 6 8 9 1 5 6 50
16) 5 80 100 4 70 6 50
18) 50 10 40 6 70 30 2
20) 30 300 30 300 10 40 6

The total of the even positioned groups: 3752 = 2 x 2 x 2 x 7 x 67.

3.2The same can be done by dividing the letters into three groups of forty-nine letters each. The odd positioned groups: 6069 = 3 x 7 x 17 x 17.

3.3.1First and last words:

913 322 = 1235 = 5 x 13 x 19.

3.3.2First and last 7 words:

913 203 86 401 395 407 296 106 62 102 100 680 106 322

Total: 4179 = 3 x 7 x 199.

3.4Eight of the word sums are prime numbers:

4 8 11 15 21 25 27 31
401 317 31 131 191 29 31 409

Total: 1540 = 2 x 2 x 5 x 7 x 11.

4.1Creation is all about design and order. Put the words in order (or design) by sorting them from least to greatest.

26 26 29 31 31 62 72 72 86 100 100 102 102 106 106 120 126 126

401 407 409 447 456 680 913

4.2The values of the letters of the divine name point to four words in the sorted list:

10 5 6 5
100 31 62 31

Total: 224 = 25 x 7.

4.3From the ordered list, every Nth word is divisible by seven where N is 2, 8, 9, 11, or 12. The sum of these numbers: 42 = 2 x 3 x 7.

4.4Every other word from the sorted list:

26 31 62 72 100 102 106 120 126 161 184 203 221 296 322 351
401 409 456 913

Total: 4662 = 2 x 32 x 7 x 37. SF: 52 = 2 x 2 x 13. (The odd positioned words: 4213 = 11 x 383. There is no 7 or 13 in the factors, but there is 11.)

4.5The 20 smallest word totals (first half of the sorted list of words):

26 26 29 31 31 62 72 72 86 100 100 102 102 106 106 120 126 126
 131 161

Total: 1715 = 5 x 73. SF: 26 = 2 x 13. The 20 largest words have no feature. Perhaps it is because Genesis 1:1 is about the beginning of creation, and not the end.

4.6The seven smallest, and seven largest word totals:

26 26 29 31 31 62 72 401 407 409 447 456 680 913

Total: 3990 = 2 x 3 x 5 x 7 x 19. This is a different type of first and last.

4.7The 13 smallest, and 13 largest word totals:

26 26 29 31 31 62 72 72 86 100 100 102 102 296 317 322 340
351 395 401 407 409 447 456 680 913

Total: 6573 = 3 x 7 x 313. The previous result is confirmed with the other number associated with God.

The sum total of the first and last layers has been seen before in feature 2.2: 3369 + 2700 = 6069 (3 x 7 x 17 x 17).

5.1The seventh column through all three layers, is 637 (7 x 7 x 13).

5.2Similarily, the seventh row through all three layers is 805 (5 x 7 x 23).

5.3The seventh column's grand total and the seventh row's grand total (doubles the count on the corner): 637 + 805 = 1442 (2 x 7 x 103. SF: 112 = 24 x 7).

5.4The perimeter of all three layers: 3465 = 32 x 5 x 7 x 11.

5.5The perimeter and center on all layers: 3536 = 24 x 13 x 17.

5.6Inner perimeter and center on all layers: 3556 = 22 x 7 x 127.

5.7X-box on all layers: 4641 = 3 x 7 x 13 x 17.

5.8Same checker pattern on all layers: 3406 = 2 x 13 x 131.

5.9Surface/outside: 6942 = 2 x 3 x 13 x 89.

Conclusion

Now it seems clear why the numeric total for Genesis 1:1 was not divisible by 7 by itself. It was written to go with Exodus 34:6-7. Only when Genesis 1:1 is mapped to The Proclamation using the principles of Revelation 1:8 are there numeric features. This shows God, specifically יהוה (Yhwh), was the Elohim, or the main Elohim who created the universe.

Notes

  1. The Hebrew text is from Bibleworks 3.2.009 by Michael S. Bushell, 1995.
  2. Scripture references are from The Revised Standard Version, Thomas Nelson In., 1972.
  3. Interlinear Hebrew English is from The NIV Interlinear Hebrew-English Old Testament, edited by John R. Kohleberger III, Zondervan Publishing House, volume 1, 1979.
  4. There are no features, but there are two coincidences. The factors of the numeric total, 8875 add up to 86, which is the same value as the Hebrew word Elohim, meaning God. The factors of the 40 words adds up to 11, which is the smallest prime number numerically representing the one same God at the beginning and end.
